Great hotel. A few issues but good experience.
Wonderful hotel. A few issues like room keys would not stay activated. Every day they needed to be refreshed. Another embarrassing situation was on our last night I reserved the rooftop table for our special dinner for my group of 7. Some more important people were in the hotel and we were moved to the inside. I understand when dignitaries get priority but I was not informed in advance but rather they chose to tell me I never reserved the table. Absolutely incorrect. Seems small but to me it was important. But I must admit that everything else was excellent. They have many wonderful and well trained employees and I will likely stay there again.

As a five star hotel, the basic lotion is not available. For double occupancy room regardless it’s only one person stays, all personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, lotions, etc shall be 2 sets). Since its guests are majority foreigners, please prepare more foreigner dishes. Other than that everyone is perfect! :-))
