Absolutely appalling!
I get that it’s cheap but this place is appalling. Very dirty & extremely dusty. Suspicious brown stains on the mattress and divan. Don’t think the skirting boards or window ledges had ever been dusted. Blinds broken, mirror smashed. Extremely uncomfortable bed. The carpet edges haven’t seen a hoover pipe since they’d been laid. It’s safe to say, I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last hotel available.

You get what you pay for £40 for a Saturday night for 3 adults and one child room was spotless and bedding same own bathroom clean. Hotel itself needs a bit of an update but for £10 each enjoyed our stay

Sea view with a side of bed bugs
No staff in hotel, room was left open and key on the bed on arrival, had to call the manager for check in. Room was booked for 3 people but sofa bed wasn’t set up- had to do it ourselves. Bathroom smelt like sewage. Bed bugs in the bed which we found upon on leaving the next morning- they were alive! We complained to the work men in reception who called the manager. When the manager came he walked past us and didn’t acknowledge us- the reception area is small and no one else was around and he knew we were waiting to speak to him. I had to approach him and ask if he’s the manager. I didn’t even get an apology for the state of the room, and was told I was receive a phone call in a few hours to discuss compensation; no contact has been made and he’s been ignoring my calls/messages. It should be illegal to own a hotel if you’re incompetent and don’t have people skills or the skill to hire staff who can keep up hygiene standards. The whole hotel is a bio hazard. This is not the first time they’ve had a bed big issue in the past 3 months as admitted by management.

It was okay, waited for 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in, rang the bell multiple times, bedroom was okay but the bathroom was not good, no towels in the and not much toilet paper, we asked the guy for some towels and toilet paper and he said he’d sort it, but he didn’t

There for a three night stay room was basic but perfectly fine for the price Reasonable location near the Gynn Square tram stop.
