早餐的服務人員很nice 應該說整體的服務人員都很棒很親切 很棒的飯店和服務。

Very nice, charming hotel within walking distance of Eiffel Tower and Paris Convention Center. Newly renovated. Small rooms but very comfortable

Overall amazing stay! We booked the terrace suite with Eiffel Tower view. Great room And service once we got our room. Check in was disappointing because we used the hotel service for airport pick up, but when we arrived it was before 3 pm (1 pm) we did not have a room. We hung out, found some lunch, checked in again and no room was available, came back again and room was unavailable at 3:30 pm. We would have been happy to return at 4pm if we could have been told when room would be ready and or offered use of facilities while we waited. Communication and expectation setting is key! That aside- great room! We got treated well. Amazing view from terrace! Clean and comfortable!

Everything was great except first day air conditioner didn’t work. Room was 84. Pillows were awful! Too soft. Again; everything else was great and staff was very friendly and helpful

Amazing but the room was a bit small . Hotel staff were very friendly especially reception. Spa facilities were good but we could only find 2 gardens... there isn’t one on the 3rd floor? Very convenient for the metro and carrefoure express (also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower) but seemed like some nearby shops were closed (visited in August).
