An unique experience to stay in Beijing hutong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Of course, being in the alley means you'll loose a grand convenient lobby, but it's not a big issue if you're traveling light.

Not worth the money
Location looked good, But NOT close to anything. Subway station is not a 20 minute walk, more like 30 minutes. They should have a small transport at hotel. Room is just OK. Beware of the breakfast. Cost is high for a half star breakfast and not included in your room package. Service SLOW. Hotel is really much more expensive than the 5 star chain hotel. Manager very helpful, but the other staff speak little english.
