Good place, friendly employees, good service, good breakfast, great private parking. We had a private room with four beds. It was clean and the bedding was good, firm mattresses but not too firm. Simple but they have done it right

Family environment, owners willing and eager to help make your experience a pleasant one. Hostel room and common areas were very clean! Able to store our suitcase for one night of camping in Torres del Paine without a problem. WiFi was very good and blazing fast.

Only a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Good selection of breakfast items. Staff pleasant and the owner was very helpful with recommendations and directions.

What a great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, our rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel is very easy walking distance to the bus station, which was a huge plus for us. The "downtown" with shops and restaurants was also easy walking distance. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage on site for several days, free ofcharge, while we were hiking. Breakfast included delicious coffee, cakes, yogurt, juices, granola, toast, and eggs. The staff was also flexible with our breakfast time, allowing us to have an early breakfast before our excursion. We hope to return to Puerto Natales sometime and will definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay after we left our luggage at Hostal America amd went on our 5 nights/6 days W trek in Torres del Paine! We have nothing to comain but appreciated the hositality of staff.
