We reserved 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms had no pillow cases on the pillows and the pillows had stains on them. It was difficult to obtain a pillow case as we were told the laundry wasn't ready yet. The rooms had no shampoo or body wash filled and no face cloths or hand towels. There is a sign saying you will be charged if anything is missing so ensure you let the front desk know if you are missing any items. Check in time is pretty late and they are pretty strict with that as well. Something to keep in mind.

This hotel has a lot of potential but not managed properly. Breakfast crew are not very attentive to the food to make sure all food are stocked, both mornings had to wait 20 minutes for them to fill up the eggs again. Also they charged us 1500 pesos for a towel I used and my hair color stained it. Not happy at all. Not coming back here.

Greit hotell med grei frokost.
Unngå bli booket inn på rommene i første etasje da disse ikke har utsikt eller ligger rett i restaurant/bassengområde.
Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte.
Savnet solsenger i bassengområdet.
