Hotel was very nice to look at. Room very spacious and clean, a little plain. Bathroom had a couple of small issues that needed addressing afterwards. Nice having an open bar and restaurant connected to hotel in our current time of travel. The rolling carts at the front are horrible. FYI.

The customer service was good. The towels at the pool were never refilled with clean towels. The room had no hot water to take a shower.

Everything was good except the swimming pool was NOT heated which was one reason I wanted to stay here. So disappointed about that.

The room looked like it hadnt been vacuumed after a few guests stays. There was food on the floor. Someone left a T-shirt behind and it was still in closet. The housekeeping just seemed lazy. The blow dryer was thrown in the cabinet next to the bag it’s suppose to be in. We also got 2 towels in the room of 4 people.

We always prefer a Holiday Inn even though they are a little more than LaQuinta. Last several times we stayed at LaQuinta our trucks were broken into and tools stolen. We always choose Holiday Inn.

We were expecting the pool and hot tub to be working after contacting the hotel, and that is a big reason we chose this one. Upon checking in, we were told that the pool was not heated at the time (was to be worked on the next day) but the hot tub was still working. After dinner, we tried the hot tub and it was cold. We asked at the front desk and the same person said no, it wasn't working. I hate being lied to!! I would not have kept this reservation had I known that it would not be fixed for the length of our trip. When I asked about it the next day, the person at the front desk said it was looked at and would not be fixed for days. I asked about the previous person's comments and he said I guess he misunderstood. Wrong! We checked in after-hours and there was no change from the time we checked in to the time we tried the hot tub. I mentioned earlier reviews of it getting fixed and he said he was not aware. I asked for a credit for the pool not working and he said I already had a discounted rate through hotels.com. Well, of course, that is the point of using the website. That does not change the fact that we chose this hotel at that price with the pool and hot tub working. Not worth it for a place to sleep with no breakfast and no amenities available.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, well maintained hotel. Good breakfast. 5 stars

A newer very nice hotel. We came specifically because it had an indoor pool which was very cold. The hot tub was nice and everything is clean

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
