No hot water! Nicolas mentioned that he connected all the water boiler together so everyone has more hot water. The result was that someone used them all and making my whole family in cold shower for 3 days. Very terrible experience but the location was great

Amazing location,close to promenade and Sunset beach, which is beautiful! Nice amenities (fridge and freezer, washer, separate bedroom, air conditioning). Owner is a wonderful and helpful man. We enjoyed our time here very much! Thank you Nikola!

Arrived late at night after airport troubles and Nikola was there to greet us and help us park no problems. Very nice man who was very helpful, the apartment was great and perfectly located just outside Dubrovnik and in the small area of Lapad. Bus stop ideally stops right outside the apartment and a short ten min ride to town. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars and a supermarket around the corner to stock up the fridge. Two balconies so sun all day and brilliant air con to cool off. Couldnt recommend the apartments any more, we had a great stay. Thanks Nikola!

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. It was very clean and close to everything in Lapad. Nickoli was more than helpful with everything from picking us up at the airport, to his local knowledge of the area.

Wij zijn er vorige zomer 8 dagen geweest en alles was top. De locatie van het appartement is zeer gunstig, strand aan het einde van de straat en oude binnenstad makkelijk te bereiken binnen 15 minuten. Nikola was zeer gastvrij met alles. Hij heeft ons van het vliegveld gehaald, al onze vragen behandeld en ons zelfs op weg geholpen bij activiteiten. Het appartement was in zeer goede staat en heel fijn dat er gewoon Amerikaanse zenders waren zodat we ook tv konden kijken. Zeker een aanrader om heen te gaan, en wie weet nog een keer.

Rummet vi hyrde hette A4 Harmony, vilket var mycket passande, atmosfären i rummet kändes mycket harmonisk. Lägenheten är perfekt för 2 personer, den var mycket rymligare än den ser ut på bild. Lägenheten var ren och välskött med bra fungerande AC och Wi-Fi. Den tillhörande terrassen var rymlig och ger underbar skugga när temperaturen ligger på 30-32 grader. Läget är perfekt, nära Sunset Beach c:a 6 min promenad och med busshållplats nära om man vill till Old Town. Nikola var mycket behjälplig vid utcheckningen, vårt flyg gick sent och han gav oss möjlighet att använda en annan lägenhet under dagen. Han vill ordna allt till det bästa för sina gäster! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera denna lägenhet!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nikola war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt in Lapad, sehr viel relaxter als in der überfüllten Oldtown. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
