Our stay was not as expected, we had an inside when one of the kids did not feel good to get up and go for breakfast with the family, he is old enough to stay by himself in the room. So we all when for breakfast but him, and we ask for a plate to take some breakfast to the room for the child so the employee said that we were not allowed to take the plate out of the place that we need to take the food wrapped in napkins. That was the worst thing I ever heard, not even to take it to a DOG, I offered to purchased the plate if that was the problem, them they offered a plastic plate . This property did not meet my expectation nor my family. We will not recommend it to none of our friends and family. Dora V.

Worst Resort I’ve ever been to. First of all, No variety of food! not many options! Food super cold and missing taste. The drinks were horrible. I payed for a twin bed room with the intention of separating the beds from each other, couldn’t do that at this resort because the rooms are so small you can’t move nothing! The rooms are super hot, apparently they only have fans. Theres nothing to do in this resort, no entertainment worth watching! Bring your own food, You might get REALLY hungry! Trust me, I’m dominican I know! Other than the pool Everything was 0/10 there! I wanted to try this hotel because ive never been to this one, and I just have to say that it’s my first and last time going there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! NEED TO WORK ON THAT FOOD AND THOSE ROOMS! all we could do was sleep, we were ready to leave the first day we got there.

Nice people but needs a lot of upgrading inside and out

Right by the water I like the fact that everything they say about Location was true it was right at the beach didn’t have to take the bus to go to the beach beautiful view

Estuve un poco disgustada al final de mi estadía pues para el check-in te tratan increíble pero luego qué haces el check-out son totalmente odiosos

Was scared to book. Food was great, check in/out smooth. Clean place. My only problem was House cleaning. One day no clean towels, but did clean room. The place was great for the money I would go back. Staff very Friendly.

It was pleasing. Food wasn’t good because they repeatedly gave the same thing.

The AC doesn’t work in the rooms Basically you have to beg for them to change your home

We spend two nights at this hotel. The beach and the pool was wonderful, everything else was bad. The food didn’t have the quality expected in a hotel. The juice from fruits were fermented in most cases. The food lacked salt, there was few options. Even box cereal was bad. This is place good just to go to the beach and the pool, everything else I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
