From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was home. I was greeted by the doorman who promptly helped me with luggage and directed me to a seat to check in. The front desk manager took care of everything from there, and she even took me on a tour of the floor to ensure I knew where everything was. Even though I was very early for check in, they made sure I was taken care of. I have been to Paris multiple times, and this hotel does an exceptional job of caring for their clients. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! It was also in a fantastic location. I was able to walk to many places and get food nearby.

A fantastic location and sensitively and freshly renovated hotel with an interesting family history. Excellent wi-fi connectivity and security for business users. Breakfast a little disappointing due to a slight lack of space and the fact that food has to be brought up from kitchens on another floor seemingly. For a 5* hotel, choices could have been a little more sumptuous and plentiful and service a little more attentive in the morning.
