Great castle view
The Reception who welcomed us was extremely nice and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was large but the bathroom could be brighter. My corner room had excellent view of the castles. Breakfast did not provide egg dishes.

Basic facilities, very clean though. Receptionist very helpful and informative about local area. Location is good, close to Castles and shopping centre. Bellinzona station is nearby. Would recommend and will be back.

Loved the view, helpfulness of the desk staff, easy distance to castles, and train station. Definitely will return and recommend!

Great hotel, friendly service.
This is a hidden gem, close to the train station, sights, shopping and the castel grande. Our room had a view of it! I would definitely stay again. It is dated but that is part of its charm. Marble flooring etc. if you want modern and boring, stay somewhere else. Bellinzona is a lovely quiet destination, still undiscovered I think.....
