波特豪斯海灘酒店

I like the location of the hotel. Far from noises and very near to family mart and 7-eleven. This hotel is right beside Novotel Hotel. The room is just sufficient for me that did not require hot water to drink because water heater to make hot drinks not provided. There's no hair dryer too. I like the hot shower. The room is clean, but there's one time a cockroach appeared. Probably from the neighbor, because I saw there's a dumping site right next door. But this hotel is still clean. I really love the friendly staff. Very helpful. One staff,a guy, didnt catch his name though, he helped to call my tour agent without me asking him to do maybe because he saw us waiting for two hours already. Do thank him for me!

Hotel manager apart from being super friendly and helpful is a true professional at what he does. Good size pool for a swim and cool down. Great views of the sea from upper rooms. Liked it so much extended my stay by 2 weeks. Was very quite in rooms so easy to sleep in if you wanted to.

Hotel was so smelly, basin was leaking, toilet seat was broken, shower was in terrible state. I just ask the hotel owner for tea bags and sugar, first we had a conversation that turn in to arguments and he told us to leave now and he was swearing and he was so rude to me my children were scale. This was a hotel Patong Hotel. Never had experience this before if I can help it I wouldn't give any stars.

The hotel are surprisingly nice. Locations are great, close to the beach and inside the main city.

The location was great. Only 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool and hotel was clean.The service was fantastic. The amenities were good .Parking for motor bike. Everything worked ,airconditionig worked well. Im very happy we stayed at Poter house.

Отель рядом с пляжем, в шаговой доступности всё необходимое, ходили Вернером пешком разок до Дженсейлота. Понравился бассейн. Как перевалочная база- замечательно.

Enchanté en tout point de l’hotel, mais déçu de votre part car en faite, ce n’était pas l’hôtel et le patio de vos images avec vue sur mer ( ce qui n’était pas le cas ) donc grâce à la gentillesses des propriétaires et du personnel , j’ai passé de belle vacances. Mais je suis très déçu de la conformité de votre site concernant la véracité de vos photos. Désormais je me passerai donc de vos services et négocierai mes vacances moi même et en direct. Avec mes salutations.
