No temperature of room control.
Shower water was warm at best.
Loud, obnoxious people (customers) allowed to be rude for over 45 minutes at 6:30 in the morning outside the rooms.

Value for solo traveler
The hotel was the cheapest option in auburn. I was solo and had my sleeping bag. I’m 6’3” and don’t feel intimidated by all the people loitering. So I saved Fifty bucks staying here and knew what I was getting into. Wi-Fi didn’t work but I had my hotspot. Bed had hair in sheets but I had sleeping bag. If you want to save and just need a place to sleep it’s a fair option. On a date or with family - maybe look elsewhere.

Clean rooms, comfy beds very basic amenities for a good price.cobered oarking was a plus for rain.
