1925 Château + Backyard Patio + Swings + Outdoor Movie Theater

We enjoyed our stay and Fraz was a wonderful host. We appreciated his flexibility with check in and check out times for our large group. Having fresh donuts and snacks waiting for us was a nice touch. Also appreciated that he arranged for a crib for our infant. The location was centrally located to many things to do, we enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and Children’s Museum both less than 15 mins away. The only thing that slightly disappointed us was the fact that the back yard badly needed mowing/clean up and the movie projector wasn’t set up for us to use. Otherwise we had a fantastic time and would recommend this property to others.

The owner was delightful to work with. Always quick to respond to emails, etc. We were greeted with fresh donuts and biscuits for our dog. Super nice after a long trip. House was clean, spacious and pet & kids friendly. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. My teenagers loved the board games. The dog loved the fenced in yard. Nice touch having map of US with pins so you can leave your mark. If ever we have a need to travel to Richmond again this will be the house!!!

My family and I were traveling for a big move and planned a stop in Richmond along the way; found this gem of a house and the owner immediately answered all of my questions and concerns. When we arrived he had gotten a birthday balloon for my daughter (who was turning 9 while we were there) and that really warmed my heart. The house is so neat! The hardwood floors, the big backyard, and PLENTY of space for a huge group to stay. We had a great time!

We celebrated a 30th birthday this weekend. Fraz was so accommodating and responsive! Thanks for everything!

My friends and I stayed at Fraz's amazing home for the weekend around the Richmond Marathon and Half Marathon. Having grown up in Richmond myself, I loved the character of the house. The setup was perfect for a COVID-friendly gathering. We were able to spend most of the day and have all of our meals outdoors in the beautiful backyard. It was also only a short drive to all of the breweries we wanted to visit in Scott's Addition. Most importantly, Fraz was incredibly easy to communicate with, even helping us check to see if a package that was supposed to be deliver had arrived! We loved the personal touches, including a handwritten note and some beers in the fridge to celebrate our race. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Nice house - loved the location near everything. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 12 and provided ample parking. We enjoyed nights by the wood burning fireplace. The owner was very accommodating. It was a welcoming gesture to leave donuts for us upon arrival. suggestions for improvement would be to provide a larger dining table - it only comfortably seats four. Also storage in the bedrooms for clothes would have been very helpful. Some closets didn't have hangers. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

My organization rented this house in 2018 and recently in 2019. Each time the staff have felt comfortable and enjoyed their stay. The home is large enough for our group to not only sleep, but mingle and/or spread out to work. We hope that we will have the opportunity to stay here again for future trainings. Fraz is very kind and helpful and is an ideal host.

We were in town visiting family and wanted a big home with a yard for us to have cookouts and play games. This house was great! Plenty of room to spread out and Fraz was very responsive!
