Location was close to everything so that was a plus. Room was spacious and very clean. Check in process was relatively easy.

The Koncept Hotel is in a great location (5 minute walk from the main train station), the room was clean and bright although the bed was on the small size.

Interesting staff-less check-in idea, which unfortunately did not work well. Room was not ready on time, notifications did not work, app doesn't work for opening first door. Room has flaws, shower was not warm and could not be fixed in time, brain-less toilet installation requires sitting side-ways, small bed. Great location though.

Really easy check in if you have read all the clear instructions to download the app and check in online before you arrive. Great location in the old town and we had a view of the Cathedral from our window. A little noisy at night as there are bars outside but we had earplugs so we’re fine. Clean room with everything we needed. Shower could do with going a bit hotter but otherwise a nice stay.

The front door is locked when you arrive. We had to call for the passcode which didn’t initially work. The hotel booked was 2 separate nights even though it was 2 consecutive nights, meaning we had to deal with the check in process twice. Dealing with being locked out both times. Although the concept of having no front desk may be an appealing business model, this was not well executed.

I didn't know there is no reception and it's "digital" hotel until received email with check-in instructions. Chek-in Instructions itself are incomplete, unclear and mislmisleading. Code provided for opening hotel entrance didn't work. It took almost 10 min and many attempts to open door to figure out how to do it with mobile phone. Once inside we did key-card straight away and used it for access. There are no contact detail at the entrance for emergency access, so if you forgot you key-card and mobile in the room you will not get in the hotel. In the room there are no basic items like kettle with cup or even glass. At the same time I can't say it is much cheaper than than any other traditional hotel with reception. On that basis we will not go there in the future and going to check if there is a reception in a hotel we are making booking.

Service is teribble. We asked stuff to help us and they dont even pass our request to person incharge. Bad is 130 cm for two adults. This is not thesize for two grown up people. Shower is too small. Narow and also not confortable to take a decent shower. Owerall not what we expected. When we asked to change the room for bigger because we want the bad at least 140 cm they said that can not help us. Bottom line is that you can not sell 130 cm bad for two adults.
