The rooftop patio was great for enjoying the morning coffee.

Comfortable flat, good location.

This was a rough stay. 1. Half of the pictures do not show the actual apartment. 2. This is an apartment, not a hotel. It gets managed like one. One has to call 1/2 hour prior to wanting to check in, then someone comes and opens up the place. After many texts, calls, voicemails, and waiting 1/2 hour past my appointment in the cold rain, someone did let me in 3. They charged another 49 Euros for city taxes which wasn't outlined at booking 4. The heat was the biggest issue. The apt was ice cold, 1 of the 2 heating units doesn't work at all, a space heater proved ineffective. It took the full 2 days to get to ~16 degrees C in the condo which made it super unconfortable. I cannot recommend it in cool weather 5. Watch out - it's on the 7th floor and the elevator only goes to the 6th floor. If the elevator doors stay open accidentally at a floor, you may have to walk up all 7 floors which happened to me once 6. The apt had 2 BR's, but only 1 small BA with a shower and 1 sink 7. The beds were fine but there is only 1 tiny pillow per bed. 1 small and large towel per person. On the positive side, the wireless worked well.

Vicino ai principali servizi e soprattutto, vicina al centro di Barcellona. Per noi giovani avere la Rambla, posto di ritrovo e di divertimenti, a meno di un chilometro e' stato fondamentale. La struttura era pulita e accogliente, siamo stati veramente bene!!!! Lo consigliamo!!!

Prenotato appartamento in Palazzo storico. Molto pulito e ben ristrutturato... una pecca ... una notte travagliata per il baccano degli inquilini del piano di sotto. Er il resto mai più sentito una mosca volare

Pontos positivos....Ótimo apartamento, com todas as comodidades necessárias, excelente localização, ótimo custo benefício . Pontos Negativos foram as poucas opções de canais na Televisão e escadas até chegar no apartamento, frustraram hóspede de mais idade (70 anos). Os travesseiros merecem atenção, pois são desconfortáveis.
