What a great staff!! I highly praise the front desk staff at this location! Every person I spoke with was happy & helpful and inviting! The rooms were wonderful- although I did find some Cheerios and a big vitamin on the floor by the tv. The bathroom was clean w/no hairs laying around (ty!!). I go to this area once a year with work and plan to return here every time going forward. The fireplace was very nice and helped thaw me out (since I was there in January lol) & the laundry room was well maintained. Breakfast, well, bleak. But, I understand since it’s an off time of year & Covid. Definitely will return 👍👍

Stellar Hotel and Staff
A hotel i booked with previously was overbooked so i scrambled to find a another hotel at 9pm at night. Hampton Inn was the first one I chose. I called, Lydia answered and said come on over! She is super amazing and friendly! Very informative and accommodating! When i checked out the next morning, Casey was there to greet me with a positive vibe and energy! Both were super amazing! Best hotel front desk staff I've ever interacted with. The breakfast staff and housekeeping were also top notch. The hotel was very clean and the way it was designed was very impressive! Look no further. Thank you Hampton Inn of Kennebunk.

From the minute I arrived, the staff was overwhelmingly welcoming and accommodating!! Holly and Casey, especially were so professional and went out of their way to go the extra mile!! Cannot say enough good things! Also, the lady who helped with serving coffee and their grab n go was so pleasant and hospitable!
