Definitely there are better in the area
The elevator was not working. I was om the lobby for over 15 minutes before the clerk showed up. I had to call him twice.

Wasn’t clean
There were roaches the floors were nasty our socks were covered in other peoples hair nothing really looked to be wiped down. I had bug bites on both of my arms and the whole building smelt like an animals restroom. I used to really like this place now I’m not sure if I would come back or recommend to anyone.

The room has roaches. I told the manager that they need to spray. We had to shake out our clothes to make sure we didn't bring one home smh!

The hotel itself offers many amenities is very beautiful and worth the money to stay but the staff at the front counter mainly Tamika had a very awful attitude during our check in and seem to be bothered and our timing, it really set the whole tone for our state at this establishment

Pet policy in expedia states $50 deposit plus $10 / night but I was charged $50 plus taxes. Even after showing hotel's policy specified in expedia , owner/ manager denied to refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Customer service or front desk workers were rude, the general manager was rude! Refused to give fresh towels without handing the old one over, no maid service! The elevator was broken so we had to use a hot stairwell to tote our bags back and forth! We had a dog, was hit with an unexpected pet fee of 70$ plus out had to use stairs everytime he had to go outside! Front deck is not 24 hours so when it get LouD and noisy At night you were just stuck to suffer! It was just all around horrible! I suggest do not stay here, it’ll be better to sleep in your car than this hotel!

good stay, convinent to the baseball feilds. but did not provide breakfast due to covid. i would not have stayed if i would have known prior. had ball players to feed in the a.m. Other hotels had measures set up to still feed a continental breakfast.
