Please be aware Hotels.com is owned by Expedia. This caused a massive problem as the hotel (and I) did not know. The hotel claims the amount I paid through a collection system, but they could not find "hotels.com". It was only solved days later when I rang the silver service line and they told me (and the manager listening) to get the credit under "expedia" !!! . I have to say though, the hotel checked me in and solved it later.(2 days later). Luckily the staff spoke good English as my Mandarin was not up "this complexity. I tell you this, so you know!!! We were in a superior suite. Other than this "hiccup" it was excellent for the price. We did not avail ourselves of breakfast in this booking as we were getting too fat (ha), so i cannot comment on that. Really good!! Martin
