Friendly staff. Very nice room

Overall it was good however 1 drawer had not been cleaned out and contained empty crisp and nut packets and 2 used metal forks

Prefect for what I need. Nice, clean and quiet. Check in is at the pub down the road - The Oak.

The room and the hotel is very good.The criticism we have is about the lack of information about it being unmanned and therefore having to go to a different hotel (a pub) to do the check-in. We only found out about this out of pure luck since we saw a customer of the hotel who told us and directed us to the pub (which is not far).The room seemed pretty new, it was clean and very comfortable.

I was not made aware I needed to collect my keys from a different location and this caused difficulty at the offset of my stay, the shower was not clean and the noise from the adjoining Chinese was not good. However, the worst thing of all for me was the smell from the sewer which I did find unbearable.

For the money it was ideal. Room quite small but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Certainly no complaints

Phone Number for contacting someone was in room but when rang it, the phone was switched off. Thin walls and the room I was in, had street light shining through all night. Had to take keys back to pub down road (different direction to which I was travelling)as nowhere on site to leave them.

Was very impressed with everything, booking in was easy, very good location, impeccably clean throughout. Couldn’t believe the toiletries and the drinks that were provided in the room just such great value and would stay again.

Although it was spotlessly clean at the Dakota, unfortunately the walls are paper thin and I could hear what I can only reflect was a transaction between a woman and two men in the room next door - they only stayed for approx one hour but it was really very disturbing.
