The Hyatt had everything we needed for our stay to be amazing. The room and common areas were kept clean. The bed was super comfortable and plush enough for our comfort. Heather B at the front desk was exceptional with her service and attention to detail. Overall Hyatt made our stay enjoyable. 100% recommended!

Clean, fun family getaway
Nice and clean hotel, perfect for our little weekend getaway. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful, the in house restaurant had some great options that were delicious. The breakfast is all packaged and ready to go based on the selections you provide them the night before, so that was awesome! We had a view of the bridge from our room, our kids thought that was pretty cool, and the option to connect to Netflix via Chromecast was also nice for a family movie after a long day of hiking and seeing the sights. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we’d definitely stay again when we come back during the on season.

We had a wonderful anniversary get-away in this beautiful, well maintained, super clean and comfortable hotel. It was quiet, the views are beautiful and the breakfasts were perfect to get the day started. Thank you so much for the perfect weekend place to stay away from home!

Clean, comfy room and good food
I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and of the hotel in general. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food at restaurant in the hotel. They had a plant-based chili with Beyond meat and a delicious quinoa salad on the menu. Both were on the spicy side if that bothers you. We did not get a room with a view, but there is a great view of the desert from that side of the hotel. It is about a 5 minute drive to Horseshoe Bend or the big dam. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

The service at was great and the people working here were very helpful and kind. The rooms were comfy and very clean. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast at all but we ordered a flatbread and wings one night and they were quite good considering the COVID restrictions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
