I guess you get what you pay for. However it’s unfortunate that very little cleaning is done before you enter the room. Under my bed was caked in dust, I had ants in the lounge area because of food that hadn’t been cleaned up, and a dead roach in the bathroom. The mattress was also uncomfortable and although the bed was very large, it was like i was sleeping on the wooden base of the bed. That being said, the hotel staff were very friendly, they served a nice breakfast from an outside cafe/shop etc. It was also minutes walking distance to the Abdali Mall (which is beautiful) and the JETT bus station for trips to Petra. Which is the main reason I picked this area. I wouldn’t stay at the apartments again though. Despite trying to think of this as part of the experience I would give this a wide berth in future. I’m sorry.

Bad staff services. I arrive at 9pm an the room wasnt ready. Bad staff behaviour. They lock the central door at night and he sleep. Not speak

Location was ok! The apartment building is a bit old! The apartment was generally ok, the toilet smelled, the bedroom was quite small compared to the living room! Breakfast was not worth and you have to pick a time to get it delivered to the apartment!

Liked: Location is very good. Staff are excellent, they respond almost immediately and are helpful and warmly welcoming. Rooms are very spacious for a family, Bed is very comfy. Kitchen has basic tools. Service was fast. Breakfast was mediocre but almost sufficient for a person. Hated: Requires serious renovation almost everything is outdated, Kitchen is dirty, hot water too slow to heat up. Bathroom was not comfortable and showering was too difficult due to bad bathtub placement and too difficult to mix hot and cold water. There was a serious problem with ventilation, tried to open windows but got small lizard entering which scared my wife and was dangerous for my baby. Smell can easily build up inside the room as we had to keep windows closed.

No that great. But for this price it is some how ok to spend 1 night.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The place needs maintenance and the cleanness was bad especially the bathroom.

The places are near to this hotel you can walk to everywhere you like and have good restaurants near by for breakfast and for fast-food and dining, the staff are so friendly and hotel room and pleasing, I enjoyed staying at Al Jazeera Hotel.

everything was great and I had fun talking with the guys.

cozy and clean apartment, friendly and helpful staffs, great location near the shopping mall, 10 mins drive to the downtown. beds are really comfy as well, we had a relaxing time.
