NH 庫里提巴第五酒店

This hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff is incredible, especially Ricardo in Front Desk. He was excellent, very nice and great customer service. My stay wouldn’t be the same without his knowledge of the property and the city. I’m definitely coming back.

Very nice, modern, and new hotel! I liked that everything was clean, beautiful/modern, and the room setup was great. The towels were good as well. The lobby area is very nice and the hotel seems to have great amenities, although I didn't get a chance to check any of them out since it was a quick stay. The only two things that bothered me a bit about the room were that there was no heater (vital for cold winter nights) and the motion sensor vent in the bathroom is a bit annoying.

NH properties generally tend to be quite good. Unfortunately, the staff members were not well trained. It took me two days to find my packages that were sent to the hotel and confirmed. Fortunately, the hotel manager was on top of this and quickly found my boxes. She was very competent. Staff spoke little English so that made things difficult. As they seemed new, I suspect some additional training (especially with international guests) is in order.

Comfortable business stay. New hotel. Comfortable room. Staff in some areas seem to still be under training, which is understandable perhaps. Not 5* by international standards but claims to be. Minor issues that can easily be fixed by attentive management (eg no bar service after 10pm, which is silly for a mid size hotel). Breakfast service focuses more on making the tables look nice than serving guests. Immediate surrounding area is not great but a short, cheap taxi or Uber ride away are many good leisure options and great restaurants. Curitiba is a really nice city. We will return to this hotel.

Good & clean facilities and room decor, etc. but the communication with the staff was challenging due to the fact that very few people speak English. Somehow, the ac in my room kept making noise even when turned off. This bothered my sleep pretty bad. Also it would be nice if there was more sheet in the bed. It was just one sheet covering the mattress so it kept coming off. Breakfast could be more diverse.

Beautiful new hotel. I usually stay at one of the other "5 star" hotels in Curitiba. But after my recent stay at the NH, I will be back here! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The spa is large and the breakfast is delicious. Walking distance to many shopping and dining options. However, there is one person at the reception desk that was not very friendly to me or other guest I saw during check in. I do hope they work on training or finding a different role for them. But everyone else during my stay made me feel welcome. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Curitiba!
