L’hôtel est bien situé, sur la plage et belle piscine. Chaise longue en bois prêt de la piscine peu nombreuses et très inconfortable. Les chambres serait dû pour un rafraîchissement. Si c’est considéré pour comme une auberge de jeunesse c’est assez cher nous avons eu un hôtel beaucoup luxueux à Manuel Antonio pour à peines quelques dollars de plus. Nous avons passer une seul heureusement!

I stayed in one of the cylinder rooms for my 40th birthday. It was a super unique room and I'm glad I booked it. It still had shared restrooms, but the restrooms were well kept and super clean. The cylinder rooms have an A/C unit as well, so it is easy to get the room down to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. The rest of the resort is also amazing. They have a surf school, nice, clean outdoor pool, and a full-service bar and restaurant. I would absolutely recommend this place and especially the cylinder rooms for anyone looking for somewhere unique to stay.

I would like to start by saying the the property itself and surroundings are not the reason for my negative review. The negative review comes from the service received. Here is the background story : This is a frustrating story and we were robbed a night’s stay. We booked 3 nights, from March 5th to the 8th. We arrived on location at approximately 6PM on March 5th for the check-in. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel was completely in the dark. It turned out to be a power outage affecting only Socialtel Jaco. When asked when the power would be back, the staff member advised that they were not sure and it possibly only be tomorrow. Therefore, asking ourselves if it was worth staying at the hotel for the night (without AC, lights or power), after being told that we could get a refund if we contacted Expedia by the front desk staff member, we decided to book another hotel only for that night and come back for check-in the next day. We received a WhatsApp message at 8:40 PM that same night from the Socialtel Team advising that the power had been restored. Though, we had already been told that a refund was possible and we were already well established in another hotel. The next day we arrived on location, did our check-in and continued on with our vacation. We arrived back home on March 9th and on March 10th, I decided I would follow up with Expedia and ask for the refund.

Die Unterkunft gleicht einer Jugendherberge.zimmer die an gemeinschaftsbädern anschließen und die ga ze Nacht betrieb war.obwohl das Frühstück (pro Person 35$) nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde mussten wir den Kaffee extra zahlen.(7$ extra)das bett war qualitativ gut und sauber bezogen.klima Anlage hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist dennoch überhaupt nicht gepflegt und sauber-einfach abgewohnt Für den Preis definitiv viel zu teuer

Great space. Tucked away from the main stripe but walkable and close to the beach which was incredible. The black sand and sunset was breathtaking. Common bathrooms weren't always clean. We had to wait for bath towels after checking in. We checked in quite late. We were thankful for the gated parking but it took us a couple of tries to find. Like anything, its difficult to find the first time. The pods were comfy and cozy
