Clean and wonderful stay but with hidden charge.
We enjoyed our stay at Urban Chic Portobello with everything is needed. Location is also with lots bus and tube stops. As for the property itself, it's clean, secure which is a big plus for family with kids. One down side is the hidden charge for late check in for 50 pounds (I checked in around 9pm) which wasn't disclosed on hotels.com website for the amount and only disclosed after you booked with hotels.com then communicated via email.

Great location, modern space
It was a great location with the apartments being clean, new and simply furnished with what you need. An excellent alternative to a hotel when travelling with children, and definitely bigger than a hotel room!
