Really different from picture. Bathtoom to small, bathroom door cannot closed properly, the room is to small, no amenities, not even towel or bathroom mat provided (make my room wet everytime using shower)
Room was small and cramped, which is expected in Hong Kong. However, bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever, and reeked strongly of bleach and cleaning chemicals to the point it was hard to use. Walls were dirty and overall condition was just fair, expected as part of the price.
Check in process was fine, even though there's no front desk - a phone is provided at the door of the place which you can use to obtain keypad pin to enter room. Elevator access is easy as well.

better than expected
Room was better than expected. Clean and newly-refurbished with colorful wallpaper. Needs soundproofing though because when guests in adjacent rooms arrive, you can hear all the noise.
