So fortunate to have stayed here. Location was excellent, only a block from the Spanish steps. Room was huge and decorated lovely. Arianna was beyond helpful and responsive to anything we needed. I will absolutely stay no where else when returning to Rome! Recommend 1 million percent!

Location is excellent. Rooms are very nice, Clean & comfortable. There is no breakfast facility and there isn’t any front desk , basically there’s someone there when they know a guest is showing up and you have to notify them of the time you will be coming in . Other than that , it is excellent and definitely worth it .i would recommend it

Arianna was a very friendly and helpful host. The place is situated steps from Piazza Di Spagnia. Room was modern, clean with high ceilings. Odd entrance but when you do it once it’s pretty easy.

Very pleasant and good location next to the Spanish steps. No facilities but we did not need that. Very helpful lady on desk. FYI. It would be helpful to know it is in a block next to McDonald’s. The doorbell sign is quite small. Also that the hotel is on the 3rd floor. Again a bit of guesswork. All that said, a very nice stay.

Excellent location. Amazing owner was so helpful and friendly to our family. Thank you so much for a great stay.
