老店新開的Hyatt Regency擁有Sanur beachfront 最佳地點，海灘寬廣乾淨，維護的很好。飯店擁有漂亮的老花園、神木級的巨樹和荷花池，也有數個不同的泳池可供選擇。泳池旁也有腳踏車可以租借，可以沿著海岸騎著單車欣賞海景。我們住在這裡四天,多次在飯店用餐，出乎我們意料的美味及合理的價格,人員服務的品質也非常好。房間空間雖然小了一點但都是全新的,床墊和床單、枕頭都很棒。我現在已經開始懷念他了！

Almost a percent resort holiday destination except 2 areas: crowded with guests especially during breakfast and the design of the swmong pools which looks more like ponds than swmming pools. Not conducive for a serous swim.

Loved everything about the Hyatt Regency. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Both the pool and the beach area are fantastic, always plenty of seats available. The men who work around the pool and beach are really attentive, and ready to help with towels and food and drinks. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff in every department was welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail is great, and the birthday cake and card left in my room was a lovely gesture. I would recommend the Hyatt for a relaxing stay in Sanur.

Good location, very relaxed atmosphere, breakfast fantastic, rooms fresh and new Gardens lovely, look speculated at night. Lovely pool area, plenty of beds. Lots of nice restaurants on the beach nearby.

The Hyatt was amazing. We did not want to leave. The grounds are very tropical and all the gardeners worked so hard. The pool area was lovely and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were immaculate. It has a lovely Bali feel to it. The hotel is right on the beach and near lots of shops and restaurants. Every thing is accessible. Would recommend this hotel.

Comparing total facility size, swimming pool is bit small for kids to play whole day.

Friendy staff, excellent resort facilities - definately 5 star
