Very nice apartment in a convenient part of the city. The only negative was that there is not air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and not daily housekeeping as advertised.

we feel great at the beginningWe felt great at the beginning, manager contacted us to tell how to get to the hotel then the location is convenient. HOWEVER, at the second morning, i found that i lost my every earring, necklaces and bracelect. They were in two boxes, i put those boxed on the table, beside my laptop and drone. My laptop and drone were safe btw. i put my passport and other phones into safe, and i think my earrings and necklaces were not that luxury(compare to my computer and drone), so i just let them on the table, and they were gone. I called the staff immediately, and i suspected the thief should be a girl or a woman. The owner of the hotel went to police with me and there was nothing process anymore till now. All the respones is we only could wait for the police investigation. And i won't get any money back and compensation. BECAUSE there is no signs of forced entry were found, yes, because the thief left my room tidy and Just take my earrings and necklaced instead of breaking my room's lock and making my room messy. SO WHAT IF THE THIEF HAS MY ROOM KEY? Hope hotel would put larger safe to every rooms so the client could put there luggage into the safe. Rome is the first station of my Italy trip, and it was a very terrified start, I'm very fortunately to be told that i'm the first one who has been stolen something in this hotel. Hope there would be no one is lucky like me to have this kind of experience anymore.

It’s very close to Spanish steps and walking distance to almost everything. The owners were super friendly and helpful! The only small thing was it’s a bit noisy in the morning and at night as my room was close to the front door.

Great location near Spanish steps. Lovely and helpful people. Spotless and stylish decor. The most comfortable bed and pillows imaginable! Loved it and would stay here again. Recommend highly!
