I have never been so disappointed with the service in my life they lied to me first of all then my dog cut his foot on something in my room it was terrible then I got on the pool waiting list for first one in the morning then next thing you know we are getting kicked out of the pool like a bunch of delinquent kids I was super humiliated could not believe it

The front desk clerks were helpful and professional. Jordan was especially helpful on the phone before our stay and upon our arrival. Our adjoining rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The King side was spacious enough that four adults could sit around in it to visit and eat meals. I did need to use earplugs while I slept because I’m not used to road noise and we could hear the person above us when they were using the rolling office chair. The workout room was clean and had nice equipment. Also, for those with electric vehicles, the charging stations were not operational.

Beginning to end, a great experience is based upon the conduct of the management and staff. Here, I could not have asked for better. I departed wishing to return as soon as possible. Since I have a background in Hilton management, and experience working with "the trades", I did notice a few deficiencies: (for example an electrical outlet box that was mounted too far out - causing a gap between the drywall and the outlet cover) Such things have to be caught and addressed before the finishing phase. When room service staff vacuum: they are not able to clean outside the entryway. This creates a forgotten area at every doorway. When the hallway is vacuumed, it is needed to schedule periodic attention - using a hose mounted vac tool - to clean the edges at every room entry. If this isn't done, every observant guest may notice accumulated dust - at every room they pass - when arriving. First impressions matter. I missed having a "channel guide reference" for the TV. I am sure that most of the deficiencies in the "breakfast" service are due to the Covid 19 situation. But a bit more attention to detail would be possible. For example: Two hard boiled eggs on the line - but no salt and pepper! Please note that I offer these observations in the vain of constructive criticism. I would not waste my time if I were dealing with a business that did not care. That said; There were uncounted plusses that made my stay a great experience.

Overall stay was good. Only problem is we stayed in the room above the lobby so we constantly hear the doors open and close. The room was very spacious
