Love the modern styling, very clean, great service. I’ll stay here again for sure!

The place was extremely clean, quite, and safe. I have never stayed in a hotel where I didn’t hear at least something in the hallways or a loud TV but it was quite as a church. Everything was spotlessly clean too. I don’t know if it was their regular rates or if it’s due to Covid and it’s harder to book rooms but it was a steal at less than $170 for two nights total walkout price. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Extremely nice, clean fairly new. Nice location lots of stores, restaurants, gas stations nearby. Freeway access. The area feels very safe. Will go back .

Blackout shade was missing in the room, we noticed too late at night to move to a different room and no other compensation was offered by the front desk. Also, one elevator was malfunctioning, selector for floor 1 was not working, so you could not reach the lobby from higher floors.

I enjoyed this hotel pre-pandemic. Some amenities are obviously changed: the bar is closed and there’s no hot breakfast. But the fitness room was not operational, the swimming pool was green and unusable, and it looked like it had been months since they did landscape work. I won’t be back soon. So sad. This used to be an awesome place to stay.

My stay at the element was okay. As some have mentioned, upon arrival I was not immediately greeted. Though the front desk receptionist was with another individual at the time, I was ignored by the additional staff member who had full capabilities to check me in. I waited for the first receptionist to complete check in for the first individuals (thinking the other person was perhaps in maintenance), but once done, I proceeded to wait another 3-4 minutes while she then moved to discussing a personal matter with the other staff rather than checking me in. I finally just decided to walk up and say I'm ready to check in. After I did this, the other staff proceeded to call the second family in who had been waiting behind me which showed that he could have checked me in all within the time he was walking around waiting for the first staff member to discuss a personal matter. Perhaps its petty, but guests' first impression of your hotel is the staff. Aside from that initial incident, we were placed on the first floor near a busy hallway. Of course entry in and out of doors and loud guests could be heard . Perhaps the walls are just a bit thin. The one good thing was that the room was spotless and very clean. Bed was a bit hard, but this could just be my personal preference.

I stayed here when it first opened and was impressed with it. However, this time it looks like the hotel has gone downhill. The lobby was not clean, the landscaping was not good..........tall grass and weeds. The overall feel was not of excellence........

Very modern and clean. Was a little noisy because my room was right across from the elevator and a lot od hurricane evacuees (myself incuded). My room rate was unbelievable cheap for the quality if the hotel. I will be staying at this hotel in the future.
