Truth be told.....
The property was lovely, clean and beautiful. A tranquil experience was provided. The cottages are situated in lush and cool garden areas. Even though the ocean was across the road, where the rooms are located, you could still hear the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, expecially the main Security! The property consists of two sides to which guests have access to both. They are situated close to beaches and many activities that would interest guests. The bar is reasonably priced.
I was not pleased that after arrival on property, I had to wait over an hour for the office attendant to come back to open the office as she had left out the wrong keys. There are lots of ants in the cottage. The salt water pools were dirty, while the fresh water pool had way too much chlorine in it. While it overlooks the ocean, it is not a beachfront property. The mattress was uncomfortable. The towels and rags need upgrading. Since daily house keeping was not available as advertised, providing brooms, mops and buckets in the rooms would be great. Also not all that was advertised was available. For example the persons in the office were unaware that the property advertised a picnic area. They knew nothing of this and stated that such amenities weren't offered. There exist disparities between what's available on property and what's advertised by the booking/partnering agencies.
