Great location to explore Trastevere! Close to the touristy areas and authentic Roman neighbourhoods. Easy to use the transit system right outside the door Great restaurants, book stores and wine stores all in walking distance. Large rooms and very clean and safe.

Lovely hosts. Very friendly on arrival. The wine was a nice touch. Having the phone number/WhatsApp was a reassurance that if we had any issues we had a contact (not that we needed to use it).

At first I was a bit taken away from the street view which was a trashy site but I quickly realized that’s how it everywhere in Rome. The room was great. We were two adults and two kids and it was fine for us 4. The beds were great and very comfortable. There were enough towels. The room was cleaned daily. We checked in late but Maura was so kind and helpful and waited and communicated with us every step of the way. Upon arrival she brought a bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. She gave us few dinning suggestions. One of them was pizza place IVO which was amazing. The area in which the place is located is amazing for dinning, walks and drinks along the river (seasonal bars). Our flight from Rome was late in the evening and again Maura was so kind and helped us storing the luggage. Over all it was an amazing experience. We’ll be back again.

lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival, most unexpected and welcomed. Close to tram and buses, easy access to all areas and the sights. Plenty of good food outlets close by, staff very helpful.

the room was clean, bed comfy, tv good. Bathroom tiny and toilet almost impossible to get on, tucked in corner next to sink and wall at a weird angle. no water to drink, but wine on arrival was lovely, coffee machine if you like strong coffee, and no milk. overall a really nice stay, staff lovely and very helpful, though not on call all the time.

This was the best stay we could have possibly asked for! Maura and her husband were so welcoming. The place is right by the 8 train, which is great. Incredibly clean, beautiful, and affordable. They are so caring too. Can't wait to come back again!
