Friendly staff... but bugs in the room...
Staff is extremely friendly. however, there were bugs... all over my room... one bit my face while I was asleep. I told the front desk the following morning and they told me that it was because someone left the window open while cleaning. Can't be sure... wouldn't stay again because of this. Regardless, the shower is clean and the hotel is in a great location; half a mile from the beautiful central station and the city center as well.

Nice Hotel near the station
Only slight problem was the room is very small but nicely done. Everything as described, close to the station easy to walk. Overall a nice stay no real complaints at all

Incredibly friendly staff, clean room, great location between the train station and the old town. I'd stay here again on a future trip to Antwerp.
