Just perfect. Nice staff, very comfy, clean, . One of my rare holiday Inn stays because they are just a tad more than I like to spend but well worth the money, extremely good! The Day light savings kicked in so i was not able to leave by 11 AM but the desk clerk cheerfully extended it till noon. Very nice of him!

This is the worst hotel you could ever stay in. The staff are rude and unprofessional. If you reserve the room through Travelocity and pay directly at the hotel and leave early you will not get your money back. There is no rule stating that there is a penalty or fees for leaving early. But Holiday inn will blame it on Travelocity and state that they owe you the refund even though Travelocity has confirmed multiple times that it is in fact the hotel that owes money. I have caught management in multiple lies and called them out for it but the corporation stands for protecting their lying employees and mistreating guests.

I was in Suite 215. Actually my family had 3 rooms. My room contained pillow cases with either blood or saliva on them. Disgusted but not extremely mad. I received a new pillow but the manager did not have the nerve to show their face. All is forgiven I was not going to allow ignorance to steal my joy. I returned to my room and the next morning about 10:00 my aunt went to the front desk to ask for an orange that she clearly could see and was told NO because breakfast was over. She ask for the orange for health reasons. Staff was very inconsiderate. Not to mentioned we call less than 24 hours before arrival and was told the pool was open to verify what we had been told before which is why we choose your establishment. I always have a great time with my family who traveled from North Carolina. But your establishment put a damper on our girls trip. Nice place sad customer service.
