Great stay this time at Felix Boutique, will definitely come back. This time I decided to provide the deposit in cash, which of course provided for a hassle free return.

Terrible post-stay service, worst I have ever experienced in my trips to Mexico City. To be fair, the room is very spacious, well decorated and clean. The big problems were the following: 1) they charge you a $350+ deposit to stay. I left on the 15th and as of the 21st it’s still pending in my account. 2) they ran my card twice for the stay so in addition to the room deposit I have an additional $550 pending on my credit card statement. I called the manager on the 18th and told her about the situation. I reviewed my statement today and there are still no changes. When I requested to speak with her the person at the front desk told me that they had reviewed their transactions and that I should check with my credit card company. They refused to put her on the line. 3) I stayed in a suite that has multiple rooms and the only room that has A/C is the main room. Before I left I still had a good impression of the hotel and was thinking about returning and inviting my in-laws. The day of my departure I suggested to the manager that they should have A/C in all of the rooms (only the main bedroom has A/C) and she immediately got defensive and was a bit rude. I actually regretted making the suggestion.. To summarize: 1) the hotel is a nice boutique hotel, but if you stay set aside about 2.5 times the amount you thought you would pay on your CC and then exercise patience to get it back. 2) do not make any suggestions 3) make sure you’re not a fan of A/C

DO NOT BOOK Felix Boutique Apartments by Viadora. There are better options to stay in Mexico City. It is expensive, small, noisy and EXTREMELY POOR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not have heat in the rooms, either they can not provide you with a heater. It is 15 degrees outside and in my room 17 degrees. I am having a bad cold and they are not doing absolutely anything to make sure my stay is pleasant. Jose Munoz told me very clear that they could not do anything to help me in my situation. On top of this the elevator is very noise and they even get mad, if you complain about it. If they are not able to assist you in this simple request, it is not worthy the value of this hotel. IT IS OVEREXPENSIVE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, they just help you to destroy your stay in this beautiful city.

Our trip at Felix Boutique Apartments couldn't have been more perfect. We stayed in the standard King Bed room on the 7th floor which was next to the gym and roof deck. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have our own private balconies. Decor of the hotel is very stylish and feels brand new. WiFi always worked. There is someone onsite (security) 24/7 and they are always very helpful. The continental breakfast was a nice touch! The location is close to so many restaurants and bars, I would love to come back and rent the larger suites with a group of friends.
