Todo muy bien!!

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable, sobre todo el chef de los snacks que está frente a la alberca no recuerdo su nombre (el delgadito alto) el hotel aunque es viejo lo mantienen limpio, la habitación muy cómoda aunque la vista daba a un baldío y la comida está muy bien, ideal para ir con niños, mi nieta la pasó genial!!

Divertido para los niños pero demasiada gente

Viajamos 2 semanas antes de semana santa, pensando que no iba a haber tanta gente. Había demasiada gente, tienes que hacer cola para el restaurante de bufette. La gente entra en playera a las albercas y no se les dice nada. La categoría del hotel ha bajado considerablemente. Los niños se divierten.

A 3 star resort

The stay was ok. Having stayed at this resort in the past multiple times and also.getting married there this stay was nothing like it use to be. It started with check in being an hour and half behind we could not check in at 3 we finally got into our room at 430. The hotel is not kept up as it once was. There was garbage in hall ways and stairwells that were there the entire week of our stay. Our room the beds were made up every day but they never left clean towels but would take away the dirty. The bar service at pool side was rare . The server that would come around was not very knowledgeable and more often then not would get the orders incorrect. The restaurants if you can get reservations were delightful especially the italian restaurant, the Mediterranean restaurant was alright and rhe french we never went to and you cant bring children in there after 7pm. The buffet was literally the same thing day in and out. Tv viewing if you are looking for any english channels not a thing. The night time entertainment at the club was great and is good for families old or young.

Fue un viaje familiar, el hotel está algo descuidado, en nuestra habitación el espejo estaba con la parte de atrás ya despegada dando muy mal aspecto, las puertas del baño y regadera rechinaban y las camas parecían de piedra, el personal muy atento en todo momento.

Regular, algo caro para lo que ofrece

El precio es alta para la calidad de lo ofrecido. Reserva fue por 2 habitaciones y una de ellas era como un minidepartamento con todo viejo y polvoso, incluso había un carrito de limpieza adentro. Con suerte cuando fui a reclamar estaba el gerente y me dieron una habitación normal. El buffet de alimentos no tiene las mejores opciones pero es recastable, el agua de las albercas está fria, hay restaurantes para cenas pero nunca encuentras espacio para reservar y el servicio bien en general. Por el precio por noche, yo creo que hay mejores opciones y con mejores instaciones. La única ventaja es que está a la orilla del mar y se ven las puestas del sol.

Mala organizacion de los Restaurantes.

Hay 4 restaurantes los cuales solo uno puedes entrar siempre los otros 3 piden reservacion a partir de las 9;00am intentamos todos los dias hacer reservacion y desde las 9;00am ya decia que estava lleno, por la tarde verificabamos y siempre habia mesas disponibles pero como no teniamos reservacion no podiamos entrar. Muy mala experiencia en cuanto a los restaurantes.

They gave us the wrong room from what we booked- but the bellhop said the one we got had a better view so we kept it instead of having to wait in line again. Definitely a locals vibe, we never really felt truly ‘welcomed’ except for a few employees who actually would say hello and smile. The food at the buffet was not great, and it was impossible to get reservations for the other restaurants which was very disappointing. The kid pool area was fun, but the constant blasting kids music was a little much for us the parents to sit there all day- The free nightly show is across the street which wasn’t ideal, but still fun for the kiddos. However the other pool by the beach was very nice- and the cleanliness of the rooms was good. If we go back to PV, we definitely won’t stay here again- but we still had fun regardless, vacation in the sunshine is fun no matter what.

Amazing freshly renovated waterpark and 2 pools. One with entertainment and one without depending on your wants for the moment which was really nice since my baby loved to nap by the pool. Everything was very clean. Nothing fancy but it was very affordable. My biggest complaint was the food wasnt great. Mostly at the buffet. But by the end of the trip we were using the snack shacks and room service and managed to avoid the buffet even without worrying about reservations to the other resturuants. The drinks were delicious, they had a nice fancy kids drink menu aswell which was nice. The entertainment at club nitro was amazing. A different show everynight and on my daughters birthday they handed out balloons and sang to her and she loved it. We went off resort a bit because there was stuff we has planned to do before we got there but we honestly could have stayed on resort the whole time and been perfectly happy. We were very worried with some of the reviews we read were nervous about booking. But we are so glad we did and we would definitely go back again! Something to note is thay the bunk beds are very short so dont plan on putting full sized people teenagers on them. Another nice thing was there was no pressure to spend more money when we got there. I was approached by one lady wanting to braid my daughters hair which was something we were actually hoping to find. And one or two other people but noone pushy at all! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Not a bad one

Fue buena experiencia solamente recordarle al personal que es una industria de la hospitalidad y servicio. A mi llegada, cansados con maletas buscando un elevador urgente, el personal de la lavandería se metió al elevador con un carrito de toallas, él primero, cuando lo correcto hubiera sido que nos dejara pasar al elevador dándole la preferencia al huésped Por otro lado, mayor atención a la limpieza de los escusados, tuvimos que hablar por teléfono a camaristas a que lo limpiaran bien, de otro modo jamás hubiera sucedido.

El personal muy amable, todo me gusto lo unico que si quisiera recalcar y que si lo tomaran en cuenta es que climatizaran la alberca de niños o por lo menos la principal, ya que si quisiera regresar y me encantaria pero preferiria buscar otro con alberca climatizada por mis hijos.

the service is good , the only downside was the room , maybe because it was after the end of year , but the inner door to the balcony needed maintenance , we did the report but never got fixed, the place needs to improve , despite this, my kids got fun with beach and the pirate ship
