This house is great for multiple families. We had 6 families with 7 little kids (ages 0 - 5 years old). Each family had their own room. Lots of space for the kids to run around in. Amazing open concept! We stayed during the heat wave, so the house was hot. The owners installed portable AC units the day before we arrived. I would suggest to fix the windows for the portable AC units so that the cold air doesn't escape through the cracks (I'm assuming that's why the cold air didn't stay inside well). Other than that, the house was great, we will stay here again!

We just spent a fun-filled weekend at this beautiful house with a few other families. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. There are so many aspects about this house that we love. We love the location of the house. It is minutes to StoryLand, and about 15-20 minutes away from the downtown area, Mt Cranmore, the outlets, Echo Lake, etc. We love the layout of the house. The first floor has a spacious open floor plan that easily accommodates all the families in one area. This makes it easy for the parents to chat while keeping an eye as the kids play. Plenty of seating between the seating at the large island and the giant dining table make meals/snack time a cinch. We love how clean it was. The house is well maintained even as it is going through some renovation in the basement. We love how well stocked the kitchen was. They literally had everything you would have at home in terms of kitchen gadgets eat . It made it very convenient for us. Not to mention how beautiful the kitchen is. We have been making annual trips to North Conway for the last 6 years and this home, by far, is the best one we have rented. We highly recommend this home for families. We look forward to our next stay and can’t wait to see what improvements they will have added!

This is a big comfy home home with a very convenient in-town location. Black Mountain, Nestlenook, Shannon Door and Wildcat Tavern are all close by. Our group of four families had plenty of room to relax. Kitchen easy to use. Hot tub was a big hit. Nice place - we would rent it again.

Our group of four families enjoyed a terrific ski weekend at this week - held us all quite comfortably. With great large open kitchen, fun downstairs game room and friendly owners who were easy to communicate with, we highly recommend this place.

Our family of 19 enjoyed our stay in Jackson, the property was great and fit us all very comfortably. The kids had a great time in the playroom and in the Jacuzzi and the location is great given its proximity to North Conway. The only down side is there is really no yard for the kids to play which was kind of a disappointment but overall the place was great!

Convenient location to downtown Jackson and nearby mountains

The house is located in a beautiful landscape area, so quiet, you really get to disconnect and enjoy the views around the house. And it's still only within 20 mins drive to Diana Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Storyland, Mt Washington & couple ski mountains. The setting, the house, the hospitality was amazing; what a truly great experience. All kitchen & bathrooms are upgraded with new appliances & fixtures. I personally love the outdoor deck & the fire place area alot. This is a place you will not need anything more. We came as a whole family with 20 people & we all loved it. Kim was a great host, quick to answer, and providing everything we needed. This is surely became one of my favorite places. Side note, Kim is renovating the basement & adding a pool table & more entertaining elements to the house. This will be truely a GREAT place to stay for a relaxing and fun experiences. I highly recommend it & I will come back for sure.

Great communication, good location and lots of space

Just finished a great weekend with a group of 4 families (8 adults, 9 kids) and the house couldn’t have been more perfect! Kim has thought of everything, making the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is ide- very convenient to many activities in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again!

A wonderful facility that accommodated our family of twelve including 4 children very well. Lots of space especially the kitchen dining and living area. The property is undergoing renovations and updates that will make it even more attractive. We were hoping for a play area for the children and used a soccer field nearby for that. A great location for any season as shopping and attractions are within a short drive. We would recommend this property to any group of 12 to 15 people
