Disappointed with their lousy, chaotic, and low-level customer service. Check in was so much hassle. Not expected of a 5 star hotel resort. Unsafe floors and rooms during rains. Slippery tiles in the bathroom without enough mats/rails. Staff at the lobby reception were mostly unfriendly. Not even smile on their faces. This resort is not eco-conscious at all. You can see it on the packaging of their room kits and plastic water bottles. Ill managed restaurants. You can see tables on the hallways and doors and even under the stairs with leftover and scrap foods beside you. Flaws in the amenities could have been considerable but the very poor customer service was just unacceptable.
