Nice clean hotel in a good location. Great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Good

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Had a nice kitchen that you could use. Staff was very accommodating. They had a grab and go breakfast that included a muffin, yogurt and a piece of fruit plus coffee. The only surprise we didn't like was that we had to pay for parking which was $28 a day that wasn't advertised. Every hotel should include parking without charge. Also we made reservations for 2 nights and on the first day our access card was blocked so we had to go the lobby to get them unlocked and they said hotels.com made 2 different reservations one for each day. So was a little annoying to waste time doing the check out and check in again for the second day. To get to the beach you have to cross the street and pass through a gift shop located in front of the hotel on the other side of the street.

Check-in process wasn't good. The breakfast included wasn't good and it ended 9:30am, a bit early. Usually breakfast goes on until 10:30am at a minimum. Although it was a suite, the room was very cramped.

Frustrating as not enough staffing at 11am for customer to checkout, and Cards did not work in parking garage that locked my daughter so we had to get them changed. At 12 midnight i got stuck parking on another level, and again Card did not work to get in elevator. Got stuck walking back down garage to front entrance. Security is great when it works Seems they are more concerned about getting paid for parking then putting guest in danger locked in a garage

A block away from the ocean beach with water views from all tastefully decorated very clean oversized rooms. On site parking is exorbitant ($29/night). Grab bag Covid breakfast was underwhelming. I’ll be looking for a better value the next time we visit

hotel was great, only wish was for pool to be heated.

First time there loving it and will be coming back again

We didnt get any towels the whole trip, they charged us 30 extra dollars a day and we didnt even have a car to be charged parking, large dog barked all night, and the guy at the front dest was terribly rude!

The hotel was clean and very close to the beach. It was great, because you could walk everywhere. There's a store next door and across the street and they have everything you need. Our room had a nice balcony that overlooked the water.
