溫平大廈酒店 - 清邁

酒店位置非常方便，只是进去的小路有点脏乱。房间非常宽敞，只能说是比较干净，床特别舒适，各方面设施也可以，算是很满意的一次旅行，值得推荐。

It's a nice experience to the hotel and the bathroom, living room, kitchen and washing machine all good too. (But I think the owner should make a guideline to use the watching machine) I will be booking again if I go to Chiang Mai again.

距離MAYA很近，有乾淨的房間，舒適的床，方便的小廚房，還附廚具超貼心。

What really bother us with this place is that they charge you extra money for the cleaning they do after your stay. This is not mentionned in the offer of location and in the room it is written that you can pay if you want cleaning during your stay. The cleaning between the guests should be included in the price of location! They also charge you extra if you use the pool ( per person, per day ) The check-in was also difficult. They don't have a reception so you have to call them to arrange it (no email in our confirmation mail). We had to call three times to have the right information. Except that, the apartment is clean and modern. It is confortable ( except the sofa bed that is broken) and well equiped. We really appreciated to have a cleaning machine. It is much smaller that it appears on the pictures ( we had the corner executive suite). The location is far from the old city but in a "hip" part of Chiang Mai, with a lot of good restaurants around but moore expensive.

The staff has a basic command of the English language. Might be frustrating at times but they are friendly and willing to help.
