Front office staff—great! Hotels.com reservation didn’t pull through to Hyatt. Parking lot had a lot of litter, as compared to other recent visits.

Stay was very nice. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. Brought us extra pillows and silverware and napkins when our door dash forgot. It’s time to open back up for food service !

Very clean. Would recommend to anyone

The common areas and the room were clean. The room's decor was updated and comfortable. I had requested a non-down pillow due to allergies. Although all the pillows on the bed (as well as the duvet) were all down, I found a non-down pillow in the wardrobe. Luckily the room was at a comfortable temperature and I was able to remove the down duvet. The design of the bathroom made it difficult to use the mirror as the countertop jutted out quite a ways. Had to squeeze between the toilet and the vanity for makeup application. A makeup mirror next to the vanity would be helpful. Also the outlet in the bathroom is so close to the countertop it is difficult to use with items on the countertop. Overall a nice hotel just needs a couple of tweaks.

So me and ny cousins were having a girls weekend and we wanted some where to go that was not to far from home, we had an amazing time, Hotel was nice, everything thing was clean, the staff was friendly, especially Jordan, would recommend this hotel to everyone i know, and would stay again for sure.

Perfect stay in an excellent hotel, well designed and well staffed. Felt brand new.

They do a great job but we passed on breakfast, preferring McDonalds down the street.

Mistakes on the front end with room placement but kept my cool and gave them the opportunity to fix it, which they did, and I am so proud of them for how well they handled everything. They were sorry, asked forgiveness, and made it right. No reason to get angry or mad. They should be commended for handling it appropriately.
