Piano Hotel was fantastic. When I remember izmir I will remember Piano Hotel because it was better than whole trip to izmir It changes the concept of hotel three stars with amazing Decorations ( everything is colorful and like piano the room was beautiful and breakfast) Plus all of that they gave me room for triple even I booked single room just because they had extra room, they were very helpful in describing the road to airport and I sent to them before I arrived to izmir and they responded. Plus all of this their location is very good and near to everything,really I can’t say more than you are hotel with 5 stars I encourage them to become more famous and keep prices by this because they made very good branding to themselves

otelin konumu merkezi bi yerde metro ve tramvay çok yakın, sahile 5 dk yürüme mesafesi, sahipleri gayet kibar ve güler yüzlü , Otelin tasarımı güzel renkler da çok hoş küçük detaylara önem verildi, odalar çok temiz benim için en önemli nokta. Kahvaltı güzel baya çeşit var. İzmire tekrar gelirsem hiç düşünmeden buraya gelirim. The location of the hotel is very close to the metro and tram, 5 min walk to the beach, the owners are friendly, the design of the hotel was nice, the colors were also very nice, the small details were given importance, the rooms were very clean, the most important point for me. The breakfast is delicious If I come to Izmir again, I will come here without thinking.

Front desk works perfectly. Very helpful and engaged in supporting guests. Quite close to the main attractions of Izmir.

Good location. Problems with air conditioning controlled by reception. Breakfast greasy and very poor.

The hotel is very near to the train station and it is very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, especially the mushroom. My mum and I love it very much.

Staffs were really helpful and friendly. We took a night bus into izmir and was tired from our trip. They got us early check in around 930am. Room is clean. Facilities are the basics. Walking distance to the metro if you're planning on heading to Selçuk.

Great location and awesome rooms. Super clean and the breakfast was outstanding, hands up to the chef. Front desk staff was super nice.
