Kostenoptimiert - der feuchte Traum der Investoren
Es hat schon bei einem komplizierten Checkin - Prozess negativ angefangen. Der Code, den ich hatte wurde nicht angenommen. Dann ist ein - sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mitarbeiter - gekommen (nach ca. 20 Minuten), dann hat der Checkin funktioniert. Leider wurde der Code von meiner Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert, aber man hat ja eine 2te. Das Zimmer um den Preis eine Enttäuschung, alles sehr "kostenoptimiert" eingerichtet. Dann habe ich den Fehler gemacht und bin im Restaurant im Hotel Essen gegangen. Teuer, aber nicht gut. Das wurde dann nur noch vom Frühstück übertoffen, das "unterirdisch" war. Also aus Sicht des Gastes eine Katastrophe (für mich das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich dieses Jahr gewohnt habe) - aus Sicht des Finanzabteilung des Unternehmens das perfekte Hotel. Geringe Kosten - relativ hoher Preis - Investoren sind glücklich.

Avoid !
An absolute shocker of a hotel . The most expspensive and by far the worst on our European tour. Arrived to find a fully automated hotel and no staff . Needed a code to check in via a computer . The o my code we had was out hotels.com booking reference . This didn’t work after many frustrating attempts . Eventually found a human behind a locked door who was not please to speak to us as he was chatting to a friend . Made us wait whilst he then proceeded to sort some invoices out on his desk before looking our code up for us . Recieved a printed QR code on a piece of paper S our room and left key . 20 mins of frustration trying to get this at the exact distance and angle to the scanners to get up to our floor and I to the room . No Instructions on how to do this and nobody around to help ( had to ask another patron how to do it and still struggled ) Room was horrible , bland and 2 single beds ( not what we had booked but by this time too tired and frustrated to go and ‘bother’ the guy behind the locked door again so got on with it ) Toilet seat broken Shower head broken Batteries in tv remote flat Air con noisy Bar full of loud local tradesmen A horrible experience that has tried to replace humans with technology that just doesn’t work properly . Avoid.

A day in Bellinzona
My visit was wonderful and the host was most helpful and uber friendly. I would stay here again when I am visiting. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing after a long walk to the 3 castles. I have a Tesla and having a charging station on site was fantastic.

This hotel is beautiful and set in stunning surroundings. We had a very comfortable family room - spacious and clean with gorgeous views. It is all very high tech - checking in electronically and the lift requires your ticket to work but they are not a problem. There is a lovely bar and restaurant, plus friendly, helpful staff around in the evening and morning. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Kurzaufenthalt in Bellinzona
Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Bellinzona, zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber, ohne Teppiche und das Badezimmer super. Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, man kann am Automaten ein Self-Check-in vornehmen, hat prima geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel ok pour voyage d'affaire et court séjour.
Idéal pour un court séjour. Hôtel standard, propre. Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu petit pour 2, mais avons apprécié la douche "luxe"avec jets massage,radio,etc. Difficile d'obtenir la carte Tessin gratuite pour les transports, étant donné qu'il n'y a personne à la réception. Mais avons néanmoins apprécié notre nuit dans cet hôtel.
