Checking-in was fine, but when we got to the room, there wasn't any power. Went to the front and a young lady came back with me and turned on the circuit breaker. Went to get a shower, but only cold water was running. went back to the front desk and was told that there was a switch in the room that needed to be switched on in order to get hot water. I found the switch, and after a while we had hot water. Wanted to iron my clothes in the morning, but there wasn't any iron in the room. Went to the front desk and was told that the room I had was a private rental and they needed to contact the owner of the room. I left and returned later in the evening; the front desk clerk called the owner and gave me the phone. He insisted that there was an iron in the room, but there wasn't. The room I had was A10; it requires a lot of work. Bathroom, bed, and curtains needs renovation and changes. Unfortunately, when I booked, I thought I was booking with Sandcastle, and not a private owner. I stayed at Sandcastle and all was well, but this stay was very disappointing.
