Though there were Covid restrictions but still the stay was very comfortable throughout. Staff is well trained & courteous , hotel was very clean & following Covid norms . Breakfast menu was lavish with continental, South & North Indian dishes . Taste was authentic. Would like to visit again whenever in Bangalore. Highly recommended

A really enjoyable staycation. We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel went out of its way to make our stay delightful. As a product, it is very good, and the lake views from all rooms, certainly add to the feeling of space. Rooms are very well appointed and very well maintained. The team always tried their best to please and we never heard a 'no' for any of our requests. One of the highlights we felt, was empowerment, wherein the associates and managers went out of their way with kind gestures and caring initiatives. A special mention to Madhurima (Front Office) and Vignesh (H.K.), who truly are remarkable hospitality ambassadors for the Conrad brand.

The checkin experience to start with started with an unsatisfactory experience where my family and I had to carry our luggage to the reception from L2 parking. No welcome drink or pleasantries like a 7 start must have.. Already we were doubting the lack lustre start. Then we had to wait for 2hrs before we got the room - reason cleaning was under progress especially when I called ahead 2 days and mentioned I will checking at 3 to 3:30PM on the day of arrival. Surprising inspire of this we had to wait for 2 solid hours. Well to make the 2hrs wait worth while they asked me to take advantage of the Hi-Tea served in Indian Durbar which was the next kill joy with such a meagre spread with the highlight being salted potato chips and 2 sauces with some dry fruits and 1 veg salad and bread, All Veg sandwiches were taken and had to wait another 30 min when we got 2 slices for a family of 4 which is astonishing. Again they went back to get 4 more pieces. Now once we got the room at last we were for another surprise where the whole 5 star experience of having a Executive Suite was no less than a 1-2 start hotel to start with a big notice stating that to reduce touch points basic toiletries, fruit basket , pillow menu etc.. was not available standard and will have to be requested. Well I said ok, then asked for a fruit basket which never came for the whole day nor the next. Now the executive lounge experience which is the highlight of the suite, this was again reduced to a 3 star exp

Overall the stay was very good. They treated us well with unlimited drinks and starters during their happy hours in lounge. Rooms were clean with great view of Ulsoor lake.

The Room was beautiful had all accessories beautiful bath tub , charging points ironing board with iron , hair dryer etc . Breakfast was amazing too had Indian as well as English breakfast they were both perfect .

Good stay great rooms and view. Weird rule about guests. All guests must be off property by 9pm. Never encountered it in my life before.
