The service at this hotel is not up to par. Some staff members are rude and are not helpful whatsoever. I would not spend so much money on this hotel.

Good location and great breakfast. We had two rooms and one was tiny but otherwise overall a good place to stay . The rooftop lounge area is only on one side of the roof so not very large

We have already booked four rooms for November 15

The front desk staff wasn't as helpful and friendly as I would expect from a 4+ Star hotel. They seemed more interested in quickly answering or questions so that we stopped bothering them. I cringed every time I saw the initial person that we dealt with upon check-in whene'er I had to ask a question.

The rooms were tiny definitely not as shown on the website there was no bar or snacks on the roof staff hard to find very disappointed

Great room upgrade, fantastic breakfast, always free coffee, what more can you expect?

The location is excellent for a short trip to jerusalem The staff very friendly and helpfull The breakfast area nice although the aircondition to cold To find the entrznce to the parking was a little bit difficult and the fact that one has to pay for the parking disapointing.

Great water pressure in the shower. However some leakage onto bathrooms floor.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the location was great, the breakfast was good-not as elaborate as in some area hotels, but certainly better than others. Only 2 complaints; housekeeping didn’t clean our room, and the bathroom. I know it’s been mentioned in most other reviews, but it’s not just what you can see; it’s what you can hear. We ended up using the bathroom by the 9th floor lounge quite often!

Firstly the lacation is very noisy due to the proximity of the main roads. Then there's the breakfast. Same dishes every day that although breakfast was included i enjoyed eating outside the hotel . Service could of been more polite considering that customers are important . Not here , especially the old lady with the mousy blond hair . When returning to Jerusalem i will consider find another hotel that look after there guests.
