Everything was good EXCEPT the service at check out. Checked in late at night the man was pleasant and inviting. Even honored my request for a later check out time of noon. He also agreed to accept a cash deposit of $50 for incidentals since the room was already paid for on my card. The room was great. Clean, comfortable bed, bathroom clean, jacuzzi tub worked awesome. AC made room cold which is a plus during the summer. Everything great until check out. A late night so I slept until late morning or at least tried to until the maid was banging on my door at 11:30 and then opened it. The latch was closed and she yelled in. I told her I had a late check out of noon and she started yelling stuff in a different language then slammed the door. At check out the young man at front desk was rude, didn't speak english. I handed in the room keys and said check out. He just nodded. I said can I have my $50 back please? He looked at some papers and said "No, you pay by card". I said yes, but I left the incidental deposit in cash. He said "No, no". I had to even tell him where the man at night stashed the deposit, he put it in a key envelope in the front drawer with my room number on it. So the guy then opens the drawer, grabs the money and hands me $40. I said $10 more please. He said "No, you check out late, check out is 11AM". I told him I was GIVEN a late check out by the night clerk. He literally threw the $10 at me, mumbled something and walked away. Too bad these people ruined it.
