Expected a lot more given it touts itself as a 5 star hotel. It definitely is not. Room was large, but the king sized bed was two singles pushed together, not comfortable. The shower was a joke, impossible to use without spraying water everywhere in the bathroom and tiny. The functionality of the lights, etc was terrible. Bartenders did not speak English nor were they polite. The receptionist was the highlight. Blonde lady who was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sub-par though it was complete.
Overall unimpressed. 3 star at best
