Extremely poor customer relations. The bathroom was renovated falsely. The water wasn’t going through the drain, in fact the opposite direction. Some spill over water came under bathroom door and caused a minor damage.
When tried to charge me €150 for this and I had extremely difficult time explaining the fault that water flows in opposite direction in the shower. I even asked the guy turn on the water and see with his own eyes. And he did. What was his response? If my shower was only 10 minutes, this wouldn’t have happened! What? I went to physics 101 and tried to explain him that regardless of showering times whether it is 10 minutes or 10 hours, as long as the water is draining in the correct direction with enough opening to swallow it, the showering time doesn’t matter. Your bathroom is faulty and isn’t working correct.
The manager wasn’t convinced although I really tried hard. She tried to to charge me €150 Euros. Knowing I will be late for the flight, I said yes charge my credit card, give me a written paper for detailing the charges and I will dispute.
She went upstairs to bring me the papers. Instead she said she talked with corporate manager and they waived the fee. I insisted that she should charge the fee credit card so I can dispute it. She didn’t do it.
I booked the room for almost €2000 Euros, and she was after €100 Euro.
Beware of this place and don’t fall for its proximity to the beach and others. They clearly don’t know how to run a hotel.
